Job Description: Human Resources Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Recruitment Officer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding talented individuals to contribute to the success of our organisation. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Sourcing and Screening:
  • Utilise various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial resume screening and pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Interview and Selection:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, and provide insightful evaluations of candidates.
  • Facilitate the selection process, including reference checks and background screenings.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application.
  • Onboarding:
  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and assist in the integration of new employees into the organisation.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system .
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.


salary Payable

2.40 Lac - 3.2 Lac CTC


Work Timings:

9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
