JOB PROFILE:

1. Understanding the Job Description for Manpower Requirement provided by each vertical.

2. Searching Profiles through Online (Job portals & other search engines) / Personal Network / 3.Employee reference and short listing the relevant profiles through initial screening rounds as

per the Job Description.

4. Scheduling the Final round of interview with the Vertical Head.

5. Keep a regular follow up with the selected candidates to stay updated with their joining

schedule.

6. Meeting the recruitment targets within the given time line.

7. Should be able to take additional responsibilities of Generalist HR functions.

DESIRED CANDIDATE: -

1. Excellent Verbal & Written English

2. Optimistic, Assertive & Pleasant Personality.

3. Ability to manage pressure like situation in terms of recruitment target.

4. Demonstrated success in designing and executing recruitment campaigns for difficult-to-fill

positions.

5. Comfortable using recruiting and sourcing methods including: direct sourcing, professional

networking tools, Internet based recruiting tools, search engines, etc.

6. Proven ability to support a dynamic and fast-growth environment.

CTC - As per the Industry standard. Incentives applicable.
