Job Description:-
Desk Side support - Windows and desktop installation and administration skills.
Office applications - Install , configure and Support OS Drivers and Patch installation
Install , upgrade , support and troubleshoot Windows 7,10 and Microsoft Office 2007 and
any other authorized desktop applications.
Install , upgrade , support and troubleshoot for printers , computer hardware and any other
authorized peripheral equipment.
Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops , printers and any
other authorized peripheral equipment.
Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops , printers and any other authorized
peripheral equipment.
Record, track and maintain regional IT asset inventory in the asset management system
Provide training to users related to desktop products
Liaise with external service and support technician
Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards.
Manage all desk side related tickets with SLA and compliance as per the company standard
