We are seeking a highly motivated Tele calling Sales Executive to join our client sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone.
1. Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented
2. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company
3. Answer queries about products or the company.
4. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
5. Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
6. Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
7. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of customers regularly.
8. Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.
9. Taking and processing product orders professionally.
10. E-mail Communication

3. Product Knowledge:
- Deep Understanding – Know your product’s features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Competitive Awareness – Understand how your product compares to competitors.
4. Basic Computer Skills – Navigate call software, emails, and sales tools.
