Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer to join our team at WTT International Private Limited. As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing PLC programs for our clients in various industries. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in PLC programming. The job location is Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position with WTT International Private Limited.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in PLC programming
• Proficiency in PLC ladder logic programming
• Strong knowledge of HMI programming
• Experience in writing and troubleshooting control panel programs
• Familiarity with structure text programming language
• Hands-on experience with PLC Siemens and Beckhoff TwinCAT
• Good understanding of Variable-Frequency Drives (VFD)
• Knowledge of SCADA systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PLC programs to meet client requirements
• Create and modify HMI programs to interface with PLC systems
• Write and troubleshoot control panel programs and electrical drawings
• Use PLC ladder logic and structure text programming language to optimize system performance
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure seamless integration of PLC systems
• Perform system testing and commissioning to ensure reliable operation
