Roles and Responsibilities;

 Coordinate and manage the transportation and delivery of goods and materials.

 Plan and schedule shipments to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

 Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping and customs regulations.

 Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to track shipments and resolve any issues 

or delays.

 Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and transportation costs.

 Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

 Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

 Manage contracts and negotiate rates with transportation providers.

 Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

 Handle the dispatching of goods to different locations efficiently.

 Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.

 Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries regarding logistics matters.

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in logistics and transportation.

Skills and Experience:

 Fresher or 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Knowledge of freight and transportation management.

 Experience in contract negotiation.

 Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

 Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

 Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.

 Prior experience in an engineering-related industry is a plus
