Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Tiruppur. The role is full-time and requires candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for multiple HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience of 1 to 3 years as an HR Executive or similar role in the HR field.
• Proficiency in Hindi (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in screening resumes (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and proper implementation.
• Proficient in performance management techniques to support employee development and productivity.
• Experience in training and development programs to foster employee growth and skill enhancement.
• Ability to source candidates effectively using various methods including job boards and social media platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Assist in performance management processes and conduct regular employee evaluations.
• Organize and coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain knowledge of legal requirements affecting HR practices.
