Job Overview

The Junior Civil Design Engineer will play an essential role within our Tiruppur office, contributing to innovative wastewater treatment solutions. The position is full-time, requiring a minimum of 1 year and up to 3 years of relevant experience. The role involves utilizing technical skills in design and project management to support the successful delivery of ZLD projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD for creating detailed civil engineering designs and drafting plans specific to wastewater treatment applications.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles to support the design and implementation of sustainable wastewater solutions.
• Experienced in project management, with the ability to manage timelines, resources, and ensure compliance with project goals.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive civil engineering designs that address the unique environmental and site-specific challenges of each project.
• Fluency in Hindi to engage and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across different regions.
• Experience in plant layout preparation to optimize space and resource allocation for efficient operation of ZLD facilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex engineering challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and reporting within project teams.
