Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our team at WTT INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Civil Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, focusing on wastewater treatment facilities. This is a full-time position based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in civil design engineering.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in civil design engineering, preferably in wastewater treatment projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
• Knowledge of plant layout design and tank volume calculations.
• Familiarity with structural engineering principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil engineering plans and specifications for wastewater treatment projects.
• Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to ensure design integrity and functionality.
• Prepare accurate project cost estimates and material quantities for bidding purposes.
• Perform technical calculations and analysis using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all design aspects.
• Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide technical support and assistance during the construction and commissioning phases.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in civil engineering and wastewater treatment technologies.
