Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Study Abroad Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in advising students on pursuing higher education in the USA, UK, European countries, Australia, and Canada. The counselor will guide students through the entire process of selecting suitable educational institutions, programs, and application procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Educational Consultation: Provide personalized counseling sessions to students, understanding their aspirations, academic backgrounds, and career goals to recommend appropriate overseas educational opportunities.
• Country-Specific Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of educational systems, admission criteria, visa processes, and cultural aspects of the USA, UK, European countries, Australia, and Canada.
• University & Program Guidance: Advise students on selecting universities and programs that align with their academic interests and career objectives. Stay updated on changes and trends in various institutions and courses.
• Application Support: Assist students in completing application forms, preparing required documents, and adhering to deadlines for university admissions and visa applications.
• Communication & Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with students via email, phone, or in-person meetings to address queries and provide ongoing support throughout the application process.
• Networking & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, representatives, and stakeholders to stay updated on the latest information and foster partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 1 years of experience in overseas education counseling, particularly focused on the USA, UK, European countries, Australia, and Canada.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the application processes, visa regulations, and cultural nuances of the target countries.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
• Certification in counseling or relevant areas is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
