Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Process Executive with a strong background in immigration, specializing in Australia and Canada long-term visa processing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling visa applications, compliance requirements, client consultations, and end-to-end process execution. This role requires excellent attention to detail, knowledge of immigration laws and regulations, and the ability to provide high-quality customer service to clients seeking long-term relocation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visa Processing & Documentation: Manage and oversee the complete visa application process for Australia and Canada, ensuring compliance with the latest immigration policies.
- Case Management: Handle complex immigration cases, track application progress, and provide timely updates to clients.
- Client Consultation: Advise and assist clients on eligibility, required documentation, processing times, and visa requirements.
- Compliance & Regulations: Stay updated on immigration laws, policy changes, and government regulations for long-term visas (PR, work permits, etc.).
- Liaison with Authorities: Coordinate with immigration departments, consulates, and legal representatives to ensure smooth processing.
- Team Collaboration & Training: Support junior team members, provide training, and contribute to process improvement strategies.
- Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Address client concerns, handle escalations, and ensure a seamless immigration experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3+ years in immigration processing, specifically handling long-term visas for Australia and Canada.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of visa categories, points-based systems, and PR pathways.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and authorities.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, case management software, and MS Office.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle multiple cases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess complex immigration scenarios and provide solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with an immigration consultancy specializing in Australia and Canada.
- Understanding of Express Entry (Canada), General Skilled Migration (Australia), Provincial/Territory Nomination Programs, and Employer-Sponsored Visas.
- Certification or training in immigration laws and processes.
