  • Ability to perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Strong negotiation skills to assist in closing deals and managing client expectations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and product support during the presales process to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations for potential customers.
  • Engage in detailed discussions with clients to understand their requirements and objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase the capabilities of our app.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other sales inquiries.
  • Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials to support business development efforts.
