Sales & Marketing Executive
As Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Sales and Marketing Team in promoting the hotels’ services and amenities to potential clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the sales database, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the various departments to ensure that all client needs are met.
Additionally, you will be managing the hotel’s social media accounts, creating marketing
materials and organize / attend events to showcase the Hotels’ offerings.

Experience: 3 years to 5 years
salary: 30k to 35k
Working days & timing: Monday to Saturday - 10am to 7pm
Age bar: up to 30 years
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and
email to respond to questions and requests.
2. Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team.
3. Generating reports, preparing proposals, collecting details, and coordinating with
clients & suppliers.
4. Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
5. Generate group and/or corporate leads through internet prospecting, networking, and
telemarketing.
6. Manage and maintain sales executives’ and manager’s schedules, appointments, and
travel arrangements.
7. Assist sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and
communicating relevant information.
8. Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and any appointments.
9. Design, upload, extract, and maintain customer databases.
10. Create and manage Company and Travel Agent profiles on the property management
system.
11. Conduct research and collect data to prepare reports and documents.
12. Coordinates necessary arrangements with vendors relating to sales.
13. Establishes strong relationships with vendors to ensure maximization of hotel
revenue.
14. Ensures all documents produced by the Sales Department
PREREQUISITES
1. working knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
3. Excellent Speak with others using clear and professional language.
2. Customer service skills.
4. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
5. Be friendly, customer-centric, smile, and be able to work in a team environment.
EDUCATION and SKILL SET
1. Diploma or degree in Business Management
2. Good computer skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Power point)
3. Previous experience in sales or event planning would be an added advantage.
4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research tools.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and strategies.
7. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
8. Enthusiasm for the hospitality and hotel industry.
