We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Personal Assistant to Director to provide administrative and secretarial support to our Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, arranging meetings and appointments, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be presentable, fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati languages, have a graduate degree, and possess 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's schedule and calendar, including arranging and scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel plans, including transportation and accommodations, as required.
  • Manage and maintain the Director's files and records, including confidential documents and information.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Director, as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, both in person and over the phone.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Pleasant and presentable personality.
  • Female candidate only.


Salary:The starting salary for this position is between 25,000 to 50,000 per month, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
