Title: Marketing Manager - for pharmaceutical API


The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for an organization or product. They oversee the entire marketing team and collaborate with other departments to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
  2. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and events. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  3. Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts. Develop brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity. Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all communications.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  5. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
  6. Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other channels.
  7. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI. Track expenses, analyze cost-effectiveness, and report on marketing spend.
  8. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  9. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track marketing metrics and performance indicators. Generate regular reports on key metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, with progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
