About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Keka HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively under pressure, and a strong understanding of HR technicals and technology. This role requires hands-on expertise with Keka HRMS and a proven track record of delivering HR solutions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize HR processes using the Keka HRMS platform, including payroll,
recruitment, performance management, and attendance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify HR operational gaps and implement
effective solutions.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on the Keka platform.
• Analyze HR data and generate insightful reports for decision-making.
• Resolve employee concerns related to HR systems in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Keka HRMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical
information clearly.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and technology solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under pressure.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
