Job Title: IT Support Specialist ( Male candidates only)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, including remote troubleshooting, operating system installations, hardware and software solutions, and network configurations. The IT Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and maintaining the security of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support for IT-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime for employees.
• Install and configure operating systems such as Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10, and various Linux distributions.
• Resolve network connectivity issues for local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
• Maintain accurate inventory records of installed desktop hardware and software components.
• Configure laptops and desktops for new employees ensuring all necessary software is installed and properly configured.
• Manage and maintain backups of CCTV camera DVR/NVR data to ensure data integrity and security.
• Perform backup, restoration, and configuration of systems as needed.
• Administer cloud services and ensure their smooth operation to support business operations.
• Configure networking devices and perform IP addressing and subnetting tasks as required.
• Conduct hardware and software troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Implement antivirus solutions and ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices.
• Assist in any other assignments as assigned by management.
