We are seeking proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Hotel Reservation Associate Executives. This role involves working closely with hotel management to ensure optimal booking and revenue generation through remote support. Freshers with a knack for sales and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reservation Management:

• Manage and operate the Central Reservation Systems of remotely located hotels.
• Handle inbound calls and emails to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings (no cold calling required).

1. Content and Rate Management:

• Maintain and update hotel content, rates, and inventory on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
• Make independent decisions on rate planning and inventory distribution to maximize occupancy and revenue.

1. Revenue Strategy:

• Oversee revenue management strategies and yield operations for partner hotels.
• Implement day-to-day distribution strategies to align with the hotel's revenue goals.

1. Liaison and Coordination:

• Act as a point of contact between the hotel management and the distribution network.
• Provide valuable insights to hotels to improve their market positioning and revenue performance.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• A natural aptitude for sales and customer service.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions regarding rates and inventory.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems or OTAs (preferred but not mandatory).
