Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Back Office Staff to support our legal advisory firm. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, good computer proficiency, and the ability to handle back-office operations efficiently. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and a good grasp of internet research, social media, and troubleshooting issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and back-office tasks efficiently.
  • Handle documentation, data entry, and file management.
  • Maintain and update records in MS Word and Excel.
  • Assist in internet research and compiling legal and business-related information.
  • Manage social media accounts and help with online presence enhancement.
  • Coordinate with clients, legal professionals, and vendors as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for management.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by managing correspondence, scheduling, and other support activities.


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good internet skills – research, email handling, online tools, and social media management.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in an administrative or back-office role (preferably in a legal environment) is a plus.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative/back-office support.
  • Prior experience in a legal firm is an advantage but not mandatory.
