Job Title: Accountant cum Back Office Employee

Responsibilities:
Accounting:
Maintain financial records.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Bookkeeping:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Track and manage petty cash transactions.
Back Office Operations:
Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with suppliers for order placement and follow-up.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Computer Skills:
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Tally
Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
Data Entry:
Accurate and timely data entry of financial and operational information.
Maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar back-office role.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
