We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally accounting software and Advanced Excel. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, and ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records in Tally.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash accounts, and ledgers.
• Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare and maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Generate reports from Advanced Excel and provide insights into financial data.
• Assist with tax filings and other regulatory compliance documentation.
• Assist senior accountants and finance team with other accounting functions as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience using Tally accounting software.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
