Roles & Responsibilities:
- To oversee day-to-day accounting operations of the company
- To check all banking transaction and make reporting of the same.
- Verification and reporting of all bank balances with exchanges on daily basis
- Dealings with banks for PAYIN & PAYOUT of funds.
- To manage Allocation and segregation of clients fund on daily basis
- Ensure to execute all compliance related to TDS/ITR/GST on timely manner
- Preparation of trial balance and financial statements
- To deal with banks for creation of FDR, BGs and/ or availing of any fund based limits
- Ensuring properly deduction and timely deposit of all statutory dues like TDS, Professional Tax, Provident Fund, ESIC, Stamp Duty etc.
- Ensure to submit the compliance related data as and when required by Auditor/exchanges.
- To keep back office system in line with regulatory statements and proper track of the same
- Retention of client’s funds.
Candidate must have:
1. Graduate / Post Graduate (Finance/ Accounts) or min. 08 years of experience in accounts at stock broking company
2. Candidate from Stock Broking firm need at least 5 years must OR Senior CA from manufacturing firm.
3. Must be knowing Tally and accounting.
4. Good Knowledge of different Margins of segment.
5. Must have a leading experience of team size of 2-3 employees
Candidate nice to have:
1. Self-starter with a can-do attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges.
2. Showcase good critical thinking and analytical skills.
3. Communicate clearly and effectively with the team and stakeholders.
4. Prior working with stock broker/AP or regulatory knowledge will be added advantage.
