We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing accounting and finance related tasks, including data entry, accounts payable and receivable, invoice checking, handling queries related to accounts, and preparing MIS and financial statements. The ideal candidate should have a Chartered Accountant or MBA with a finance major, at least 3 years of experience in a similar role in an Indian business environment, and experience working under SAP – FICO environment for at least 2 to 3 years. Additionally, the candidate should have a thorough understanding of accounting standards, regulations and processes, outstanding analytical and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounting and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable by processing invoices and payments.
  • Check invoices for accuracy and ensure timely processing of payments.
  • Resolve accounts to the general ledger.
  • Prepare MIS and periodical financial statements and reports.
  • Manage records and keep updated department documents by dispatching, filing, and updating as needed.
  • Contact external parties about transactions and invoices.
  • Monitor expenditure and profits and provide reports.
  • Assist in preparing MIS and periodical financial statements and reports as needed.
  • Manage audits and discuss and resolve queries raised by external/internal auditors.
  • Support in SAP implementation.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant or MBA with finance as major.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in an Indian business environment.
  • Experience working under SAP – FICO environment for at least 2 to 3 years.
  • Understanding of accounting standards, regulations and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
