JOB BRIEF
Taking care of AMC of projects and responsible for smooth operations at site.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Coordination with client for AMC proposal and approval.
2. Should have experience in Sewage Treatment (STP), Water treatment (WTP), Leachate Treatment (LTP) and Effluent TreatmentPlnt (ETP), RO etc..
3. Coordination with supervisor for daily operation and maintenance work on site.
4. Giving approval for consumables, material and labour at site.
5. Resolving issues related to payment invoice with purchase, accounts department and clients if required.
6. Coordinate with vendor and arrange water testing report for clients.
7. Verifying attendance of labour& supervisors at site.
8. Liasoning with government officials for smooth operation and compliances.
9. Meeting clients and visit sites if required. Preparing MOM.
10. Make feasibility report against AMC.
11. To check work orders and renew the same by dealing with client.
12. To attend the meetings in absence of project team.
EDUCATION
a. Technical Education :- B.Tech (Civil, Mechanical or Environmental)
EXPERIENCE
a. Minimum Experience :-4-5 years in construction, fire fighting or civil
industry
BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
a. Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)
b. Leadership skills.
c. Ability to resolve problems on client and operations level.
d. Knowledge of MS Excel,MS word & PowerPoint
