Shift - US Shift (10:30 PM - 7:30 AM)

Salary - Up to max 55k CTC

5.5 Days working + Cabs

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven experience in recruitment with a focus on US Staffing (Mandatory skill).

- Use a Power dialer to call and engage with a high volume of candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.

- Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing to identify top talent through various sourcing techniques.

- Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet and related tools.

- Solid market research skills to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability.

- Experience in ensuring recruitment compliance with industry standards and regulations.
