Title – US Process Associate

Location - Chandigarh IT Park

US Shifts - 5.5 days working, + Cab facility

Salary - Up to max 35K CTC + incentives up to 4-5k

Job Responsibilities:-

• Pricing and analysing information of the deliveries done.

• Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data.

• Securely handle client data and payment information.

• Analytical ability to determine root cause of complaint and make recommendations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
