Title – US Billing Specialist (Immediate)

Location - Chandigarh IT Park

Salary - Up to 40-45k CTC

US Shift - (9:30pm - 6:30am)

5 days working + Cabs (pick n drop)

Details:-

• Must have 2-3 years of experience in similar role.

•    Generate and issue accurate invoices based on service delivery and contractual terms.

•    Follow up on unpaid invoices, negotiate with clients to resolve financial discrepancies, and secure timely payments.

•    Maintain digital records of invoices and payments, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

•    Capable of handling billing inquiries and disputes independently.

•    Review and verify all billing documentation for accuracy before submission.

•    Coordinate with dispatch and project management to ensure all billable services are documented and approved for invoicing.

•    Detailed knowledge of billing practices and financial record-keeping.

•    Effective communication skills, with fluency in English for client interactions.

•    Immediate joining preferred.
