Title - US/UK Customer Service (Immediate)

Location - Chandigarh IT Park

Shift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab Facility

Salary - Up to max 30-35K CTC + 4-5K Incentives

Job Description

• 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Dealing with Truck drivers for the bills and documents and tracking the shipment.
• Handle customer service/Drivers inquiries and provide support.
• Experience with US process and inbound calling is preferred
• Willingness to work night shifts as per US time zone
• Knowledge of US logistics and BPO industry is a plus
• No Sales/ No Targets.
