Title - US Customer Care Executive

Location - Chandigarh IT Park

Shift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab Facility

Salary - Up to max 35K CTC + 4-5k Incentives


Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior US Customer Care Executive Candidates should have one to three years of relevant experience and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our US clients, ensuring satisfaction and effective problem resolution.


Key Responsibility:


  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Dealing with Truck drivers for the bills and documents and tracking the shipment.
  • Handle customer service/Drivers inquiries and provide support.
  • Experience with US process and inbound calling is preferred
  • Willingness to work night shifts as per US time zone
  • Knowledge of logistics and BPO industry is a plus
  • No Sales/ No Targets.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, essential for interacting effectively with US clients. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in US customer service, crucial for understanding the needs and expectations of our clientele. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in UK logistics, necessary for handling relevant queries and processes efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
  • Empathy to build strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure, crucial for maintaining productivity and service quality during high-demand situations.
  • Strong multitasking skills to manage various customer queries and service requests simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems to document and track customer interactions effectively.
  • Experience in teleperformance or related environments, beneficial for optimal service delivery and customer interaction.

  • Provide prompt and professional customer service to US-based clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and ensure accurate documentation of each interaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery for UK-based logistical needs.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards while managing client information and interactions.
