The US Customer Care Executive is a full-time junior position based in Chandigarh, Panchkula, or Mohali. This role requires a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of work experience. Title - US Process Associate
Location - Chandigarh IT Park
Shift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab Facility
Salary - Up to max 35K CTC + 4-5k Incentives
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have expertise in US Logistics (Mandatory skill) and US Customer Service (Mandatory skill) for efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
- Exemplary communication skills to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
- Proficiency with CRM systems to manage customer interactions and streamline processes efficiently.
- Familiarity with UK Logistics, enhancing the ability to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- Skilled in multitasking and able to manage multiple customer issues simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
- Strong problem-solving skills to offer quick and efficient solutions to client issues.
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new challenges and situations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to US-based clients, addressing their needs and queries effectively.
- Handle customer communications through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Utilize CRM systems to document client interactions, track issues, and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
- Work with a focus on client satisfaction, consistently exceeding customer expectations through dedicated service.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Manage and escalate customer complaints when necessary, ensuring all issues are resolved to the client's satisfaction.
- Maintain updated knowledge about the company's products, services, and industry standards to provide accurate information to clients.
