Job Overview

The UK Staffing Recruiter role is a mid-level, full-time position located in Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula. We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years in the field. The successful candidate will handle UK staffing operations, ensuring our clients receive the best talent to meet their needs. This position requires excellent client management, communication, and UK staffing skills.


Title - UK Staffing Recruiter

Location - Chandigarh IT Park

Shift - UK Shift (1 PM - 10 PM)

Salary - Up to max 65k CTC

5 Days working + Cabs

Exp - 3 - 5 Years


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment with a focus on UK Staffing (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong client management skills to build and maintain positive client relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and candidates (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing to identify top talent through various sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency in conducting interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
  • Solid market research skills to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability.
  • Experience in ensuring recruitment compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet UK staffing requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver suitable candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing tools and methods to attract a pool of potential candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for client roles.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and track the recruitment process to ensure timely hiring.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and communication.
  • Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes in recruitment compliance.
  • Work closely with the internal team to continuously improve the recruitment process and client satisfaction.
