Location - Chandigarh IT Park

Salary - Up to 33k CTC + Incentives up to 4-5k

5.5 days working, Cabs (pick n drop), 9 hours Monthly rotational UK Shifts

•    Taking ownership of customer concerns and resolving in a professional, courteous, and efficient way.

•    Closing pending complaints after discussing with team.

•    Consistently demonstrating quality teamwork and positive attitude.

• Preferred 6 months experience in International Customer Service.

•    Strong English communication skills required.

•    No sales/ Target
