Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pharma Sales Executive for Panchkula, location. This is a full-time, junior-level position that involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients through effective communication and market analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
- Product knowledge is essential, as understanding pharmaceutical products is critical to successfully engaging with clients (Mandatory skill).

- Proven experience in pharma sales with a track record of achieving targets is necessary (Mandatory skill).

- Negotiation skills to close deals efficiently and walk the line between customer satisfaction and company interest are necessary.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex pharmaceutical concepts in a simple manner.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and clients.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for sales and expansion.
- Negotiate terms of sale and agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Provide clients with information about the benefits, usage, and efficacy of different pharmaceutical products.

- Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales, and orders in the appropriate system.
