Job Overview

We are seeking a Hotel Reservation Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, hybrid position with opportunities for remote work, based in location Kasauli.The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and will be expected to operate at a junior level.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have exceptional customer service skills to effectively communicate with guests and handle inquiries efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in facilitating smooth hotel guest services to ensure a pleasant and personalized experience for each visitor. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in managing hotel reservations, both online and offline, while maintaining accurate records. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise between clients and hotel staff, ensuring all needs are understood and met.
  • Strong time management abilities to handle multiple reservation requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Computer skills necessary for using reservation software, spreadsheets, and maintaining digital records.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to accommodate diverse guest needs and requests.
  • Understanding of the hospitality industry to fulfill guest requirements and maintain hotel standards.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of hotel reservations, including booking, cancellations, and updates.
  • Communicate directly with guests to confirm bookings and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and service quality.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and facilitate seamless communication between guests and hotel departments.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of reservation procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, report generation, and system updates as needed.
