Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Reservation Coordinator (Front Desk Executive) for our esteemed hospitality clients located in Kasauli, Solan, and Shimla. This is a full-time junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. As a key contact point for guests and internal departments, the coordinator will manage reservations and deliver exemplary customer service, focusing on seamless and efficient operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated skills in customer service, ensuring guests receive exceptional assistance and support at all times.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reservations and guest information management.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and maintain a streamlined workflow.
- Competence in problem-solving, addressing guest inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Effective time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for operating reservation systems and managing electronic communications.
- Ability to multitask without compromising quality or performance, ensuring all tasks are completed to standard.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process hotel reservations through phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with hotel management and staff to secure reservations, allocate rooms, and coordinate guest services.
- Manage guest inquiries, modifications, and cancellations while adhering to the hotel's policies and procedures.
- Provide personalized assistance and information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain an organized database of reservations and guest profiles, updating information as needed.
- Work closely with the team to ensure that guest expectations and satisfaction levels are consistently met.
- Identify opportunities for up selling to enhance the guest experience while maximizing revenue.
- Report on reservation trends and feedback to management to support decision-making and improve services.
