Location - Chandigarh IT Park

Shift - UK (1:30pm - 10:30pm)

5 days working (Mon- Fri) + Cabs (pick n drop)

Exp - 1-2 Years

Details:-

• Candidates with certification in German language, Customer support German language will be preferred

• Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time to time.

• Command over language with good understanding skills is required.

• Strong convincing skills in handling customers.

• Good communication skills is required.

• Preferred relevant experience in Customer Service (BPO Sector).

• Immediate joining preferred.
