Title - Customer Service Associate

Location - Chandigarh IT Park

Shift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab Facility

Salary - Up to max 36K CTC + 5-6 K monthly Incentives

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with International process and inbound calling is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries and provide support to clients
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist customers in navigating the company's products or services
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Achieve performance targets and KPIs
• No Sales/ No Targets.
