We are seeking a dedicated Civil Architect to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Chandigarh catering to professionals with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for key architectural tasks and ensuring project excellence in various construction projects.

Title – Chief Architect

Location – Chandigarh IT Park

Salary - Upto 30-35k CTC

Shift - (2:30am - 11:30am)

5 days working (Mon- Fri) + Cabs

Exp - Min 1-2 Years

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in civil architecture or related fields, demonstrating a strong foundation in practical applications.
• Must have skills include proficiency in AutoCAD, construction documentation, and quality analysis (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture, necessary for creating precise architectural designs and models.
• Experience with SketchUp to develop 3D models and visualizations, aiding in client communication and project presentations.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) to facilitate better planning, design, and management of construction projects.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project to organize, track, and manage timelines efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure the highest quality in project deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to develop architectural designs and prepare detailed construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Produce construction documents using AutoCAD, maintaining high standards of quality and detail for all project phases.
• Conduct quality analysis to evaluate project outputs and ensure adherence to client specifications and architectural standards.
• Utilize Revit Architecture for detailed drafting, modeling, and project visualization to effectively convey design intent.
• Employ SketchUp for creating and presenting 3D visualizations to help clients envision the outcomes of proposed designs.
• Support project management activities by using appropriate software to track project progress and aid in managing project resources.
• Ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, responding to inquiries and providing updates on project developments.
• Identify and address potential design and operational challenges through innovative solutions, contributing to overall project success.
