Salary - up to 45k CTC

US Rotational shifts

5.5 days working + Cabs

Job details:--

• US logistics and International BPO experience is preferred.

•   Handling a team who handles Compliance reviews/ documentation reviews related to clients.

•   Creative problem-solving skills, analytical skills, multi-tasker with an experience of handling teams, training for products, subject matter expert.

•   Leading and Managing team with a knack to help team members and get solutions to their issues/concerns.

•   Analyzing team goals and manage team performance

•   Help team members improvise their respective performance, coach/ mentor/ train when required.

•   Review team members work regularly.

•   Strong communication and inter-personal skills

•   Basic email and chat etiquette.
