Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be vital to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone to verify shipping addresses and ensure accuracy in the information provided.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone while conversing with customers to create a positive experience.
• Update and manage customer information in the database accurately.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Resolve customer queries related to order shipment, address changes, or any other related concerns.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to address any shipment-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a backoffice or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
