Responsibilities:

1. Create custom WordPress themes from scratch based on design mockups provided in Figma or other design tools.
2. Develop custom WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality and meet client requirements.
3. Customize existing WordPress themes and websites to align with client specifications.
4. Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure seamless website development and delivery.
5. Optimize websites for performance, security, and SEO.
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to WordPress websites and plugins.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven experience (2 - 4+ years) in WordPress development, including creating themes, plugins, and customizing websites.
3. Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
4. Experience working with popular page builders like Elementor and themes like Avada.
5. Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).
6. Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques and tools.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
9. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
