• 2+ years’ experience in managing an IT Company (web development or equivalent).
• Education qualification B.tech/MCA/MBA
• Should have the Quality to Handle and Manage the IT Team and Business Development Associates Team.
• Sound knowledge of UI technologies (PHP, CI, WP, HTML, JAVA, etc.) and/or similar industry-standard tools is a must.
• Leadership capabilities with the ability to work across functional boundaries, virtual teams, and Business Development Associates to drive results.
• Detail orientation and interpersonal skills, Web operations, Digital Marketing, SEO-SMO.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among partners and employees.
• Experience in leading and managing a diverse technical staff.
• Leading complex digital projects and technical teams in an agency environment.
• Exceptional and effective written and oral communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should have worked with Business Development Associates (bidders on up work or equivalent portals).
• Should motivate and bring the output from the sales team.
• Will be responsible for the development and management of the IT team and business development associates team.
• Will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent web projects from start to launch, ensuring all requirements have been met, sites are thoroughly tested and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Be accountable for translating customer needs and business goals into compelling interactive customer journeys and subsequent business requirements.
• Regularly use competitor analysis to help shape ideas and identify potential opportunities to optimize digital experience.
• Ability to develop prospect and customer journey analysis to drive engagement improves visitor interactions and optimizes the performance of websites.
• Manage web content and coordinate changes, revisions, and upgrades.
• Establish and enhance operational processes, procedures, and policies.
• In-depth knowledge of Web Development, Android Development, and Digital Marketing.
• Guiding teams on projects and product development cycles, focusing on speed, communication, and continuous improvement.
