Job Summary:

Wish Geeks Techserve Pvt Ltd is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our growing IT services team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, introducing our software solutions, generating leads, and assisting the business development team through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database or lead list.
• Clearly explain the company’s IT services and offerings over the phone.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the business development or technical team.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
• Record and manage daily calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
• Handle basic client queries and route them to relevant teams when needed.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in B.Tech, BBA, B.Sc, MBA, M.Tech, M.Sc (Other relevant degrees may be considered)

Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred. (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English.

Strong listening, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

Basic understanding of IT/software services is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
