Pay Structure: INR 1,000-3,000/per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of our current affiliate program to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
2. Develop Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to recruit new affiliates and enhance relationships with existing ones. This includes creating incentives, promotional materials, and communication plans.
3. Support Affiliates: Provide affiliates with the necessary tools, resources, and support to successfully promote our products/services. This may involve creating content, offering training sessions, and providing ongoing assistance.
4. Monitor Performance: Monitor affiliate activities, track performance metrics, and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. Use insights gained to optimize performance and maximize results.
5. Collaborate with Marketing Team: Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies. Coordinate campaigns, share insights, and contribute to the development of integrated marketing plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing, with a track record of successfully growing and managing affiliate programs. Provide examples of past achievements and results.
2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms is essential.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with affiliates and internal stakeholders. Clear and effective communication is key to success in this role.
4. Familiarity with Tools: Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools such as affiliate networks, tracking software, and reporting dashboards. Experience with popular platforms like ShareASale, Commission Junction, or Rakuten Affiliate Network is preferred.
