We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic FEMALE Telecaller to join our team at (WCE) WISDOM CAREER EDUCATION PVT LTD. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our Overseas Education - Internships - Study Abroad services. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about assisting students in achieving their educational and career goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficient in using MS Office suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Provide information about our Overseas Education - Internships - Study Abroad services.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services and packages.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve team targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
• Record and maintain accurate data for reporting purposes.
