Roles and Responsibilities:
1. 4+ years of relevant experience in the event industry as a production resource
2. Serve as a primary point of contact for all event regarding queries, maintaining strong relationships with the clients and make sure that the expectations are met
3. Work closely with other departments to ensure that the events run smoothly from beginning to end
4. Oversee the entire event production process and not limited to venue selection, vendor management, budget, logistics and on-site execution
5. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers and securing best possible rates and terms
6. Stay up-to-date with the industry norms, trends, identifying new opportunities for growth and development
What we expect from you:
1. 4+ years of experience with event planning and production
2. Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, as an individual and a team
3. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
4. Highly organized and detail-oriented person with creative problem-solving ability
Should have knowledge about MS tools
