Roles and Responsibilities:
1. 0-1 years of experience in client servicing field in an event industry.
2. Should be able to meet the client’s expectations, attend the meetings and understand their needs
3. Following up with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided
4. Planning, organizing, and conducting business meetings and events such as conferences, seminars, and workshops
5. Should be aware of MS tools and be proficient in it
6. Should be able to make creative PowerPoints for the clients
7. Responding enquiries from customers through phone, email, or letter and providing information about the company's services
8. Meeting with clients to discuss and understand their business challenges and requirements
9. Tracking performance and effectiveness of campaigns
10. Ensuring all campaigns are timely executed and deployed perfectly
What we expect from you:
1. Excellent presentation and communication skills is preferred
2. Bachelors/masters in relevant field
3. Self-motivated and reliable
