Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in CRM software for managing and accessing customer data efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Experienced with LiveChat to engage seamlessly with customers in a non-voice setting (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in data entry for accurate and timely maintenance of company databases (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with Zendesk to handle customer service requests effectively.
  • Proficient with Gmail to communicate swiftly and professionally in the workplace.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data processing and customer interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and respond to customer inquiries.
