Job OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Sales Manager for a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales within diverse markets and expanding our business scope. This role is based in our headquarter office in Mumbai within the Engineering Services industry.
- Qualifications and SkillsMinimum of 4 years of relevant sales experience in engineering services or related field.
- Proven track record in managing and growing sales channels and client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across varied sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in international forex trading accounts and experience with Forex brokers is required.
- Experience with exness is necessary for managing advanced trading platforms and strategies.
- Expertise in hentec market, mtrading, and vantage is mandatory for execution and oversight of sales strategies.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and expand business opportunities.
- Identify potential markets and clients, analyze trends, and devise innovative approaches to increase market share.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of engineering solutions.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor industry developments to keep informed about competitive trends and market shifts.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence briefs for senior management.
