Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Development professional to join our team at Wings Global Services. As a Real Estate Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate development projects. This includes acquiring properties, negotiating deals, securing financing, managing construction processes, and ensuring successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential real estate and proven experience in real estate sales and development. The role is based in Virar, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on residential properties
• Proven track record in real estate sales and business development
• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and evaluate potential real estate development opportunities
• Acquire and secure properties for development, including negotiating deals and contracts
• Manage all aspects of real estate development projects, from conception to completion
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the development process
• Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for development projects
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations and laws
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions
• Oversee construction processes to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
• Monitor and manage project budgets and finances
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with real estate development projects
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities
